  • The revamped main course now boasts eight delightful components, an increase from the original six, to offer a more fulfilling dining experience.

The revamped Shahi Thali and Ruchi Thali meal options are now available on Singapore Airlines from May 1, 2025. The  Shahi Thali will be exclusively served to First Class passengers on routes connecting Singapore with Delhi or Mumbai. Meanwhile, Business Class travelers on all flights to India can savor the refreshed flavors of the Ruchi Thali.
